By participating in any competition hosted by Laken Inflatables on Facebook, Instagram, or our website, entrants agree to be bound by these official terms.

📋 Standard Terms & Conditions

1. The Promoter: The promoter is Laken Inflatables, based in South Essex.
2. Eligibility:

• Entrants must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
• Entrants must reside within our delivery catchment areas across South Essex (including Southend-on-Sea, Rayleigh, Rochford, Hockley, Benfleet, Hadleigh, Canvey Island, Basildon, Wickford, and immediate surrounding postcodes).
• Delivery must be to a suitable private venue or real grass back garden complying with our standard safety setup guidelines.

1. How to Enter: Specific entry requirements (e.g., liking the post, commenting, sharing, or tagging) will be clearly stated in the individual Facebook/Instagram competition post. No purchase is necessary to enter.
2. Closing Date: The competition closing date and time will be clearly specified in the promotional post. Entries submitted after this time will not be counted.
3. Winner Selection:

• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries using an independent verified random name generator.
• The draw will take place within 48 hours of the competition closing.

1. Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize:

• The winner will be announced publicly only on our official Facebook Page (@LakenInflatables) and contacted directly from our verified profile.
• If the chosen winner does not respond or claim their prize within 7 days of notification, Laken Inflatables reserves the right to re-draw and select an alternative winner.

1. The Prize:

• The prize is as stated in the promotional post and is subject to date/equipment availability.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Hire is subject to our standard safe setup conditions (flat real grass or approved indoor hall venue) and favorable weather conditions (not exceeding 24mph wind speeds).

1. Data Protection & Privacy: Any personal data provided by entrants will be used solely for the administration of the competition and fulfilling the prize booking. We will never sell or pass your personal details to third parties.
2. Meta / Facebook Disclaimer: All promotions run by Laken Inflatables are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

Please protect yourself against online scammers!

• Laken Inflatables will NEVER send you a friend request.
• We will NEVER ask you to register on an external payment link, click strange URLs, or provide your bank/credit card details to claim a free prize.
