- Ceiling Clearance: Always ask the venue manager about the lowest hanging beam, light fitting, or projector. Inflatables require at least 1-2 feet of clearance above their listed height.
- Access & Power: Verify that the venue has ground-floor double-door access or a ramp, plus standard domestic 13-amp wall sockets within 25-40 metres of the setup area.
- Hire Times & Setup Buffers: We recommend booking your hall with at least 1 hour of buffer time either side of your event (1 hour before guests arrive for delivery and safety setup, and 1 hour after the party finishes for pack-down).
