Booking Information & Party Buffer Times
- Book the Hall First: We provide the inflatables, but you must reserve the venue directly with Hockley Community Centre. Please contact the centre's booking clerk or committee to confirm hall availability and rates.
- Setup & Pack-Down Buffer: We strongly advise booking your hall with at least 1 hour of buffer time either side of your party (1 hour prior to guest arrival for delivery and safety checks, and 1 hour after your event finishes for collection). While we can work with a 30-minute window if hall schedules are tight, a full 1-hour buffer ensures a relaxed setup.
- Safety & Insurance Included: We supply our full £5M public liability insurance and annual safety certificates directly to the venue committee upon request.
